Position Available:

Learning Support Teacher Aide–Primary School

Applications are invited for the position of Part-time/Term-time Learning Support Teacher Aide Primary School

5 days per week – 32.5 hours

The contract commences 16 July 2012 to 5 December 2012

   Characteristics of the successful applicants will include:

·       understanding of the needs of Primary School students;

·       self-motivation and self-direction; 

·       good communication skills; and

·       a willingness to work with classroom teachers.

Essential requirements include:

·       Certificate 111 in Educational Support or equivalent;

·       First Aid Certification; and

·       Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card).

Applications close on Friday 1 June 2012.
