Additional Fee Information
Once a place is offered by the School, a non-refundable enrolment fee of $1,300 is payable to confirm acceptance of this offer. This fee is forfeited should the student not take up their place.
Year Camps / Conference Fees (COMPULSORY)
Year Camps / Conferences are compulsory for Years 1-11. Fees range from $50 to $500 and will be added to the fee statement for the term in which the camp or conference takes place.
Students in Year 3, 5, 7 and 9 will be charged an annual levy of $25 in Term One as charged by the State Government
Foundation Building Fund Donation
This voluntary contribution is tax deductible. Per Student $70 Per Month, (Feb-Nov) $175 Per Term, $700 Per Year, all families are encouraged to participate.
Annual General Levy
The Annual General Levy covers insurance and approved compulsory excursions, bus travel, padlock hire*, the School Magazine, ID card* and other incidentals.
*A replacement charge of $20 will apply for lost padlocks, $5 for an ID card. This amount is payable with the first term fee statement.
Additional Voluntary Charges
Private tuition is available at the school for Voice, Musical Instruments, Tennis and Speech & Drama. These lessons are provided by arrangement with the particular tutor. Please contact the School for details of how to apply for these lessons.
Music instrument hire - $80 per semester.
Star Tutoring - $40 per lesson (conditions apply).
Additional set of texts - $50 (Years 11 and 12).
After School Care facilities are available between 3.30pm and 6.00pm each school day. Students are supervised and provided with afternoon tea. A late pickup fee may also apply after 6pm. For further details contact Junior School Reception.
Concessions (Only Applies to Tuition Fees)
Where there are two or more children or students attending St Aidan's at the same time, the following sibling discounts apply to the younger student.
Where bursaries and scholarships are awarded, the greater concession will apply. A student will not be granted more than one concession (including sibling discount) at any one time.
Fee statements are issued by email to the billing address and are payable by the first Friday of each term. The School continues to offer the following methods of fee payment:
Withdrawal of a student
Please note parents are required to give one term's notice in writing prior to the withdrawal of a student otherwise a term's fees will be payable in lieu of notice.
