COMMUNITY

Giving

The St Aidan's Foundation is an independently run philanthropic arm of the school. It was founded in 1996 under the leadership of two of the school's most esteemed supporters and benefactors - the late Ron Archer AM and the late Bob Templeton.

The Foundation's vision is to ensure the best quality educational environment possible is provided for all girls seeking a St Aidan's education. It's mission is to foster a culture of philanthropy in the school community and generate funding for much-needed capital projects (Building Fund) as well as scholarship and bursary funding (Scholarship Fund) to support the educational aspirations of girls who may not otherwise be able to attend St Aidan's.

Since its establishment, the Foundation has raised over $7 million through events, donations, major gifts and bequests, thanks to the support of our committed school community. This funding has provided many scholarships and bursaries and assisted with significant ongoing capital works.

The continued evolution of St Aidan's relies on the ongoing support of our donors, made up of generous current parents, past parents, past students and members of our local business community.

EVERY DONATION, NO MATTER THE SIZE, HELPS MAKE OUR GOALS POSSIBLE

The Foundation has a board of directors who volunteer their time to help provide expertise in governance, law, accounting, event management, communications and marketing to guide the Foundation in its activities.
